Watch this video for some quick and easy recipes to help you get rid of Brain Stroke! ----------------------------- Brain Stroke Brain stroke usually occurs when the blood supply to the brain is hampered. This may happen when a blood vessel in the brain breaks or when a blood clot gets formed & blocks an artery in the brain. This deprives the brain of oxygen and other important nutrients. This condition leads to brain damage that affects functions such as speech, memory and movement. ----------------------------- Causes: • Diabetes • High blood pressure • High cholesterol • Heredity • Obesity • Excessive smoking ----------------------------- Recipes based on the above food groups: Recipe 1: Vegetable egg scramble 1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan 2. Add 1 tbsp chopped onions in it 3. Also add 3 boiled broccoli florets 4. Add 1 tbsp chopped carrots as well 5. Now, add 1 tbsp chopped red bell pepper 6. Add some salt and chilli flakes to taste 7. Saute this mixture till the vegetables are cooked while keeping them crunchy for about 4-5 min 8. Finally, add 4 egg whites to it 9. Stir well so that all the ingredients mixed together. 10. Cook this mixture till the eggs are done for about 5-8 min, stirring occasionally 11. Serve hot Recipe 2: Mix fresh salad 1. Put 8 halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl 2. Add 2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper in it 3. Also add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion along with the spring onion greens 4. Now, add 2 tbsp chopped cucumber 5. Add 1 tbsp chopped basil leaves as well 6. Mix all these ingredients well 7. Put this aside, now we will make a dressing for this salad 8. Put 1 tsp olive oil in a bowl 9. Add 1 tsp vinegar in it 10. Also add a pinch of sugar 11. Add 1 chopped clove of garlic 12. Mix well 13. Now add this dressing to the bowl of vegetables and mix well 14.
