Psalm 134:2 KJV This is one of those unique songs which God gave the music for long before He gave me the words. As Christmas approached this past year (1996), I was reminded that the two year anniversary of our church (New Community Church) would be upon us in January. As I meditated on how to bless our leadership, I was reminded of this little melody. Focusing on my pastor (Chuck), my worship leader (Matt), and my youth pastor (Brent), the words came easily. Those who lead are often called to walk the tough roads and through the fires before those of us who follow. These words are simply my way of saying 'I understand and I am right behind you’. May those who lead you be blessed as you and your local bodies sing this song over them…then turn it around and sing it to Jesus!
