Preserving Texas history by working closely with County and District Clerks to protect historic records across Texas. This video highlights preservation and digitization efforts safeguarding county records for future generations. Texas history lives in its records—deed books, court cases, plats, maps, and minute books that tell the story of our communities from the earliest days to today. In this video, we highlight the importance of preserving that history and the work being done across Texas to ensure it is protected for generations to come. At Revolution Data Systems, we work closely with County Clerks and District Clerks across Texas to preserve and digitize their most valuable and irreplaceable records. These projects often include volumes dating back to the 1800s—records that have survived wars, fires, floods, and decades of use, but now require careful preservation to ensure their longevity. We are a small, specialized company based in Dallas, Texas, with an in-house Preservation and Imaging Lab and a full bindery. Every binder we produce is made one at a time by hand—custom-built for each county and each project. From durable materials to customized covers and spines, our goal is to create preservation solutions that not only protect historic records but honor their significance. Our work is rooted in partnership. We collaborate directly with clerks and their teams, listening to their needs and treating every record with the respect it deserves. These aren’t just books—they are the legal and historical foundation of Texas communities. This video is a glimpse into Texas history, the people entrusted with safeguarding it, and the behind-the-scenes work required to preserve it—one book, one binder, and one county at a time. #TexasHistory #CountyClerks #HistoricRecords #Preservation #TexasCounties
