Try this 20 MINUTE AB WORKOUT - Neck Friendly! We are working on toning and strengthening your ab muscles in this one. When we created this workout we were looking for a simple way to work on building sixpack abs without crazy movements or exercises. We stay the entire time on the floor an try to keep it slow. Doing exercises slow and controlled is so important so you can do exercises correctly! Especially if it's your first time trying a new workout. In these 20 minutes you will do 20 exercises for 30 seconds each,, and repeat that for 2 rounds. Try to focus for the entire workout on your mind muscle connection 🧘♀️🧘♀️. Focus on your abs the entire time and you will feel the burn waaay more. Fine, maybe sometimes you can focus on your next meal 😋 Try it out and let us know what you think!
