I’ve always been the type to give my all — at the gym, at work, in my relationship, in my business. I wanted to be the best at everything. But here’s the truth I’ve been waking up to: that constant drive isn’t sustainable. Trying to show up as “the best” in every area of your life is actually what drains you, burns you out, and keeps you from living in alignment. Your body tells you when it’s too much — the headaches, the exhaustion, the crashes — but we’re so conditioned by hustle culture and social media highlight reels that we ignore the signals. This past week, I realized the medicine isn’t perfection. It’s reciprocity. It’s knowing when to pull back, when to slow down, and how to honor the cyclical nature of your energy instead of forcing yourself into extremes. In this video, I share what reciprocity has been teaching me, and why “doing your best” at everything isn’t always the way forward. 💌 An Offering For You — Virtual Community Healing Waitlist I’ve recently begun creating a waitlist for future virtual healing-focused gatherings, events, workshops, and circles — created for folks walking their own path of self-growth, nervous system awareness, and personal healing.
