湯水又相逢(網上版) Soupday Tuesday (Online) 第五十一集:洋葱翠玉瓜雞湯(4-6人份) Episode 51: Onion Chicken Soup with Zucchini (4-6 servings) 「天下無不散之筵席,在過去兩年,我們跟無常、別離、孤獨如此接近,應該已練成堅壯身心,迎接任何不測之風雲,亦應好好運用時間韜光養晦,好好記住身邊的時、地、人,讓這段疫情人生,成為生命中一段有特別意義的個人歷史。」— 何Lili 過去一年,煮持人何Lili以湯水作為創作媒介,向公眾分享日常所思所想,發揮創造力完善生活中的大小遺漏。今集何Lili烹煮出溫暖人心的洋葱雞湯,並加入近年熱門的養生食材薑黃粉,從日常料理著手,讓身心回復最佳狀態。 材料: 雞胸肉2件、洋蔥2顆、翠玉瓜2至3根、蕃茄4至5個、牛油2湯匙、薑黃粉3分4茶匙、薑數片 以上材料的份量均可按個人口味調節 做法: 1. 將所有材料清洗乾淨。 2. 洋葱去皮切件,蕃茄去蒂切塊,翠玉瓜切件。 3. 雞胸肉切片。用牛油分別炒香洋蔥和雞片。 4. 將所有材料連同10碗水放進鍋中煮沸,持續沸騰10分鐘後轉中小火續煮60分鐘。 5. 加入薑黃粉,大火煮10分鐘後即可調味飲用。欲使湯更濃稠,可下2湯匙麵粉拌勻。 功效: 洋蔥雞湯有助增強身體免疫力及預防感冒之效。 “All good things come to an end. In this episode, Lili makes the heartwarming onion chicken soup with a small addition of turmeric, an increasingly popular tonic, and helps quickly heal the body and soul. Ingredients: 2 pieces of chicken breast, 2 onions, 2 to 3 zucchinis, 4 to 5 tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of butter, ¾ tablespoon of turmeric, few ginger slices Adjust amount according to preferred taste. Method: 1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. 2. Peel and cut onion. Remove the stem of the tomato and cut into wedges. Cut zucchini into chunks. 3. Slice chicken breast. Stir-fry onion and chicken breast with butter. 4. Place all ingredients into a pot with 10 bowls of water over heat until it boils. Keep it boiling for 10 minutes. Switch to medium-low heat and simmer for 60 minutes. 5. Add turmeric. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Season to taste. To thicken the soup, add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir well.
