Hello, this is Tank & Odri. It's been 2 years and 6 months after the 10 min a day - making ab video from 26th of May in 2015. During that time we worked very hard on our blog, but there were constant errors while uploading so thought 'let's try uploading it on youtube,' and that became our start. And to be honest since we were so focused on working out and blogging we didn't pay too much attention to our channel, but somebody told me 'I appreciate your youtube videos'. That became a motivation again, and turns out that ab workout video had been getting lots of attention. Since then we started uploading more videos on youtube one by one and have created this Tank's Tan Tan world channel. So today, we've prepared a ab workout routine video that's even more effective and easier to follow than the video from two and a half years ago. Just because it's shorter, it doesn't mean it's less effective. Just because you are lying down, doesn't mean it's less effective. I created this video in order to help out those beginners could make abs easily. The sequence is: 1. bent knee push crunch (upper ab workout) 30sec 2. flutter kick (lower ab workout) 30sec 3. side crunch (side workout) 30sec 4.seated knee up (entire ab workout) 30 sec 5. semi bicycle crunch (entire ab workout) 30 sec ※ do 2 sets without break f (if you want more intensity, do it twice, 4sets in total) ※ the workout is aimed at efficient workout while saving time by using the circuit training method. 💛Comments & Workout diary related - Please read💛 -Tank&Odri read the comments and root for you with hearts♥ and short comments. -If you've written your workout diary, please have the alarm set.
