Did you know you can Slow Stitch a Repeating Pattern and create a landscape? Join me to see how! I began this landscape piece in a previous video on How to Create a Fabric Collage • How to Create a Fabric Collage for Sl... This is the second collage from that video and it shows the step by step process of transforming it with vertical straight stitches. I also use the running stitch and the blanket stitch to add details. Needles + Thread: I use either a milliners needle or an embroidery needle and 2 strands of the 6 stranded embroidery floss throughout this project. Slow stitching this way is so relaxing because you don’t have to think about following a complex pattern or worry about your stitches being perfect. It’s all about free flowing relaxing creativity.
