In this episode I work through how I handled those adjustments, what still progressed, and how I’m trying to keep moving forward without poking the bear or creating bigger problems down the line. This series follows my attempt to improve my 50km performance using a Norwegian-style approach, but just as importantly, it’s about learning how to train consistently when things aren’t ideal.
