Hello there gorgeous! This is a seated low impact beginners workout using weights just for YOU. 🫵🏻 If you like my workouts please like and SUBSCRIBE NOW! I use 5 lbs. weights for this workout. If you do not have weights you can just use your arms, or use something lighter if needed, like water bottles for cans of food. The arm circles in this workout are more advanced for beginners if you are using weights. So if you do not feel comfortable doing the arm circles with weights set them to the side while you do these. Remember to only do what you can handle. The Workout (perform all actions while sitting down) Forward Fold High Knees Twists Arm Circles (15 seconds one direction then switch other direction) High Knees Twists Arm Circles Forward Fold with arm pump Forward Fold High Knees with a Twist Twist Arm Circles High Knees with a Twist Twists Arm Hold Forward Folds I realized that fitness should be accessible to everyone—especially those with busy lives.
