In this class, we explore: Demeter in multiple variations Aphrodite - bridge pose This session is supine making it suitable for: pelvic floor–safe movement prolapse-aware exercise improving posture and breath building reflexive core support without crunches Breath Pattern Not for those in 2nd and 3rd trimester Inhale: 3 and some 4 Exhale: 6 and some 8 Apnoea: up to 10 seconds, optional and never forced The focus is on rib expansion, diaphragm movement, and reflexive pelvic floor response — without squeezing or bracing.
