Know what you are looking for This is probably the biggest issue I see working with medical affairs teams. You can have all the data in the world but it doesn’t matter if doesn’t help you solve a problem. A great way to figure this out is by referring back to your medical strategy. What are the gaps and assumptions? What are your customer’s pain points? Knowing this will help you develop questions to enable you and your organization to create better outcomes for patients. Asking questions directly related to your medical strategy is the secret sauce to actionable insights.
