Hey Fam! Today is all about that hard core cardio! You do not need any weights for this workout. Grab your water and a sweat towel and lets get ready to work! Warm up 1 jog 2 jumping jacks 3 123 heisman 4 butt kicks Workout 1 suicide drills 2 switch kicks 3 hit the floor 4 stance jacks 5 power lunges 6 cross jabs 7 power squats 8 power knees left 9 power knees right 10 frog jumps 11 burpees 12 ski down 13 scissor runs 14 mountain climbers 15 push ups Core cashout 1 Starfish 2 twist and knee 3 a frame abs 4 Leg Lifts 5 oblique curls Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽 1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). 2. There will not be a workout on day 7 and Day 14 as those are designated rest days but the rules will apply for those days as well. 3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day 4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge) 5. Don’t overcomplicate this and have fun!
