Hey fam! Now that you have your fit test out of the way it is time to get into the work! Day 2 of the challenge is a full body burn incorporating weights so lets get ready to sweat! Grab a pair of dumbbells and lets get after this circuit. I suggest grabbing a couple sets of dumbbells in case you need to switch out or modify. Workout Details: Warm Up (3 Rounds) 1 Jog 2 Straight arm jacks 3 globe jumps 4 burpees Circuit 1 1 Reverse lunge dumbbell press 2 front squat 3 curtsy lunge Circuit 2 1 bent over back row 2 bicep curl 3 Single Arm snatch Circuit 3 1 floor chest press 2 A-line abs 3 v sit crunch toe taps Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽 1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). 2. There will not be a workout on day 7 and Day 14 as those are designated rest days but the rules will apply for those days as well. 3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day 4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge) 5. Don’t overcomplicate this and have fun!
