Hey Fam! I apologize for the delay. I was dealing with some technical issues and had to re-edit half of the video. It is now up and ready for you to tackle! If you were unable to do todays workout because it was posted late, take today as a rest day or tackle another workout and come back tomorrow strong. Today is day 13 of the 14 Day Summer Strong Challenge! 😁💪🏽 We are at the finish line everyone! Keep going strong. We are almost there. Grab your dumbbells and get ready for this beast workout. Finish strong team! We got this!!! Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽 1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). Workouts will be posted daily at 5am CST. 2. Each day has a full workout but if you find yourself crazy sore and need a rest day, definitely take it and jump back in the next day. 3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day 4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge) 5. Don’t overcomplicate this and have fun! Get your workout partners to join in on the challenge! Take a day 1 and day 14 pic and share them with me. I would love to hear about your progress. Let’s Go!!! 💪🏽🙌🏽 Warm-up (5 minutes) 3 Rounds jog: 20 sec jumping jacks: 20 sec cross jabs: 20 sec Bodyweight squats: 20 sec scissors: 20 sec 40 seconds of dumbbell Zottman Curls 40 seconds of dumbbell alternating overhead press 40 seconds of dumbbell burpees 40 seconds of dumbbell renegade rows 40 seconds of hand release push ups 40 seconds of dumbbell plank Repeat the circuit for a total of 4 rounds.
