Hey Fam! Today is day 9 of the 14 Day Summer Strong Challenge! 😁💪🏽 Today is a full body burn focus! Make sure you have a set of dumbbells you can work with, grab two pairs if you can to switch out when your muscles start to fatigue. Lets Go fam! Finish this week strong 🙌🏽 Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽 1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). Workouts will be posted daily at 5am CST. 2. Each day has a full workout but if you find yourself crazy sore and need a rest day, definitely take it and jump back in the next day. 3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day 4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge) 5. Don’t overcomplicate this and have fun! Get your workout partners to join in on the challenge! Take a day 1 and day 14 pic and share them with me. I would love to hear about your progress. Let’s Go!!! 💪🏽🙌🏽 Warm-up (5 minutes) 3 Rounds jog: 20 sec squat toe touch: 20 sec side to side drills: 20 sec cross jabs: 20 sec frog jumps: 20 sec 45 sec of dumbbell thrusters 45 sec of dumbbell skaters 45 sec of high knees (no weight) 45 sec of burpees (no weight) 45 sec of mountain climbers (no weight) 45 sec of push-ups (no weight) 60 second rest after each round Repeat the circuit for a total of 4 rounds.
