Hey Fam! Today is day 5 of the 14 Day Summer Strong Challenge! 😁💪🏽 Get ready for a lower body burn out. For this workout you will need a set of dumbbells. For this workout, I am using 20lb dumbbells. Let's work fam! Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽 1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). Workouts will be posted daily at 5am CST. 2. Each day has a full workout but if you find yourself crazy sore and need a rest day, definitely take it and jump back in the next day. 3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day 4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge) 5. Don’t overcomplicate this and have fun! Get your workout partners to join in on the challenge! Take a day 1 and day 14 pic and share them with me. I would love to hear about your progress. Let’s Go!!! 💪🏽🙌🏽 Warm-up (5 minutes) 3 rounds Jog: 30 seconds Jumping jacks: 30 seconds High knees: 30 seconds Bodyweight squats: 30 seconds Circuit 1: 40 seconds of weighted squat thrusters 40 seconds of dumbbell back rows 40 seconds of dumbbell burpees 40 seconds of dumbbell 40 seconds of dumbbell 3 pulses with full squat 40 second squat hold 40 seconds of bicycle crunches Repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds.
