Hey Fam! We are halfway through the challenge and I am so proud of you for sticking to it. I know it is not easy but it will all be worth it. Keep it up! Today we are back on our upper body routine. Grab a pair of dumbbells (I will be using 10lb dumbbells) and lets work! Warm up 1 Jog 2 side to side reach 3 cross jabs 4 alt side crunches to upper cut Circuit 1 1 Alt Shoulder Press 2 underhand back row 3 bent over flies Circuit 2 1 External Rotations 2 Standing upright row 3 front/ lat raises Circuit 3 1 Dumbbell Scaption 2 dumbbell cross jabs 3 burpee press Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽 1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). 2. There will not be a workout on day 7 and Day 14 as those are designated rest days but the rules will apply for those days as well. 3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day 4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge) 5. Don’t overcomplicate this and have fun! Get your workout partners to join in on the challenge! Remember: Take a day 1 and day 21 pic and share them with me. I would love to hear about your progress.
