In this short practice I'll go over 5 tips (maybe a few bonus tips thrown in there) to help you get comfortable with down dog. I highly suggest you warm up your wrists with this video first: • Yoga Warmup: Focus on Your Wrists Then we'll warm up your core, spine, and arms with a few poses before moving into down dog. We'll rest in between each tip, and any time you get tired you can always rest in child's pose.
