Hi Friends! Get ready to sculpt strong shoulders with this 15-minute focused circuit! This shoulder strength workout uses dumbbells to help you build power, improve definition and increase shoulder endurance. We’ll move through 3 rounds of the same 4 exercises, designed to target all parts of your shoulders while keeping your muscles under tension for maximum growth. 💥Workout Format: 1 Circuit — Repeat 3 Rounds 4 Exercises per Round (but 4th exercise is your Ab break!) 30 Seconds Work Intervals 15 Seconds Rest Between Moves 🔺Equipment Needed: ▪️ Various Dumbbells (light to heavy) (I am using 8, 10 and 12 pound dumbbells) ▪️ A STEP or sturdy surface for knee tuck crunches (I am also using a mat for comfort on the step) 🏋️♀️ Exercises: 1. Lateral Raise – Light weights (I’m using 8 lb dumbbells) 2. Upright Row – Moderate weights (I’m using 10 lb dumbbells) 3. Overhead Press – Heavy weights (I’m using 12 lb dumbbells) 4.
