Green Velvet Cake with Green Cream Cheese Frosting Dry Ingredients 2 1/2 cups self rising flour 1 1/2 cups white sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder Wet Ingredients (Room Temperature) 1 1/2 cups canola oil 1 cup buttermilk 2 jumbo eggs 1 tsp white distilled vinegar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp (1 1fl oz) bottle green food coloring Note: This recipe makes 24 cupcakes Preheat Oven to 350 degrees In a large bowl, sift all dry ingredients together and set aside...In another large bowl, add wet ingredients and using a hand mixer, beat until well combined.
