Hi! In today’s video, I’m taking you through my ultimate glute workout to build and maintain muscle, even while in a calorie deficit. This lower body routine is intense and fully glute-focused, utilising the glutes in the shortened and lengthened position, as well as in a unilateral exercise and with a focus on the hip abductors! Furthermore, I add in some inner thigh and calf focused exercises for a well-rounded leg workout!
