TCHI - TAI CHI FOR ENERGY FORM - 2021 This video shows me performing the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI) Tai Chi for Energy 1 & 2 form as part of my Instructor Revalidation Assessment. This form has been devised by Dr Paul Lam and TCHI. It is the perfect program to help improve your health and wellness, internal energy, and the ability to manage stress. This is a natural sequel of Tai Chi for Rehabilitation. This form should be practised within your own limitations and range of mobility so listen to your own body and adapt as necessary. There is nothing better than a LIVE session so search out a qualified Tai Chi for health Instructor to try a class. TCHI Instructors are well trained in the TCHI programs so that they can deliver Tai Chi to a high standard in a safe, professional and comfortable manner. Always exercise within your own comfort zone and within your own range of motion by listening to your body. Stay relaxed and tension free at the joints so that you do not overstretch. Focus on calm breathing, deeper than you would normally if you can, and really develop the feeling of each movement. FEEL YOUR OWN FLOW. Remember to take a rest and pause the video anytime you need to. Have a bottle of water near by, but not in the way, so that you can have a drink if you need to.
