Day 5: Guided Visualisation In this session, we harness the power of visualization to create a serene and empowering inner sanctuary. Guided imagery will help you relax, reduce anxiety, and tap into your inner strength. By vividly imagining positive and calming scenarios, you can nurture your creativity, heal emotional wounds, and connect to the essence of what being a woman means to you Journal Prompt 1: What specific images or scenes did you visualize during today's session? How did each one make you feel, and why do you think those emotions arose? Journal Prompt 2: Reflect on how the guided imagery practice affected your sense of inner strength and empowerment. Did you notice any shifts in your perception of yourself as a woman? How might you carry this sense of empowerment into your daily life? Journal Prompt 3: Describe your “Higher Self” in detail. What does she look like, feel like? What did you feel when you connected to her? Don’t forget to post to your stories daily and share your experience!
