I think their name comes from the avalanche of flavor that crashes into your taste buds. Would you like to buy me a hot cocoa? buymeacoffee.com/randymakescandy Check out randymakescandy.com for easy access to all of the recipes I've made in the candy kitchen. RMC has an Amazon Storefront! If you see an ingredient or piece of equipment in a video and think you'd find it useful, click on the link and check it out. If you decide to purchase something in the storefront, I'll receive a small percentage, but it won't increase your price at all. RMC Storefront - https://www.amazon.com/shop/randymake... https://www.browneyedbaker.com/ INGREDIENTS 12 oz (340g) of White Melting Chocolate 1/4 cup (64g) of peanut butter 3 Tbsp (18g) of Peanut Butter Powder 1 1/2 cups (42g) of Rice Krispies cereal 1 1/2 cups (113g) of miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup (90g) of mini chocolate chips SUPPLIES An 8x8 pan Some parchment paper A microwave-safe mixing bowl A spatula DIRECTIONS Place the chocolate chips in the freezer, add the white chocolate and peanut butter into the bowl, then microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until everything is melted and combined. Add the peanut butter powder and stir until it’s fully incorporated. Stir in the Rice Krispies until they’re completely coated. Let the bowl sit on the counter for about 10 minutes. Gently fold in the marshmallows and chips. Transfer the mixture into the lined pan and press it into an even layer with your spatula. This will be a little easier if you grease the spatula,. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes or until fully set. Remove it from the pan and cut it into whatever size pieces you’d like. Thanks to Gibby Gibster for the awesome logo design.
