This can lead to things like urinary incontinence, painful sex, more painful periods, chronic pelvic pain and more, lower back pain, hip pain, jaw pain, neck and shoulders, or experiencing stress headaches. So, definitely good to include and learn about! Also, especially important if you're a woman so let others know.
