NEUTRAL SPINE SIT BACKS IN 4 POINT Really good one for learning and practicing how to maintain a neutral lumbar spine when moving the arms and hips. Especially applicable to those who can’t seem to hold neutral during key movement patterns like squats and deadlifts. Maybe you arch too much or butt wink. If it’s a motor control issue not a structural or mobility issue, then this exercise is for you. It’s unloaded too so safe for post-disc injury people with pain and surgery patients.
