Gajar Ki Barfi: Carrot 1kg Milk 2 cup Sugar ½ cup Milk powder ¼ cup Cardamom powder ½ tsp Desiccated coconut ¼ cup Clarified butter 2 tbsp Almonds for garnish METHOD: In a pan boil the milk. then add carrot and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. then cook on low flame and add sugar and dry milk and stir continuously then add green cardamom, desiccated coconut and clarified butter mix and again stir continuously then cool it. then garnish with almonds and desiccated coconut and serve. Qeemay Wali Kachori: Ingredients for dough: Flour 1 cup Clarified butter 1 tbsp Salt as required Carom seeds 1 tsp Water as required For filling ingredients: Chicken/ Beef mince 1 cup Oil 2 tbsp Onion chopped ¼ cup Ganger & garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chili pastes 1 tbsp Salt as required Turmeric 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp All spices powder 1 tsp Crushed cumin 1 tsp Crushed coriander 1 tsp Method: Heat clarified butter and then all dough ingredients mix and knead .for filling in a pan heat oil and fry onion .then add ginger garlic paste and sauté .after his add green chili paste and chicken mince and mix well then roast .now all spices add and roast .when chicken tender then add spices and roast then stove off .after this make kachori ball and fill the mince mixture then cook on low heat till than golden .
