We are living in a time when complexity exceeds the capacity of any single individual. From careers to relationships, from daily decisions to global crises, we are taught to handle everything alone, but the world no longer works that way. In this talk, Agatha Arêas reframes collaboration not as a soft skill, but as a human technology. She reveals how clarity, trust, and contribution transform groups into living systems capable of moving forward together. The future does not belong to the fastest individuals. It belongs to those who know how to collaborate. Agatha Arêas is a relational leadership expert and creator of CO3®, a method that develops leaders who build culture, engagement, and results through human-centered relationships. With profound executive experience in global companies, she led projects and diverse teams in five countries and served as Marketing Director of Rock in Rio in four markets. As Vice President of Learning Experience at Rock World, she pioneered the fusion of education and entertainment, turning learning into memorable experiences. Agatha designed executive programs such as Rock in Rio Academy, The Town Learning Journey, and the events Rock in Rio Humanorama and Rock in Rio Innovation Week. In 2024, she founded Provoke Edutainment Club and launched Newbie, a platform of immersions, mentoring, and podcasts for a new generation of leaders. Having impacted hundreds of thousands of people, she uses collaboration as “human technology” to turn complexity into collective progress. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
