All you need is a mat and hydration for this 15 minute kickboxing inspired cardio workout. There are 15 exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 60 seconds. Once you hear the "ding", we've changed exercises. This quick workout is continuous, so there are no built in breaks, but if you need one, of course, please take one! There is some jumping today if you want to add the extra intensity, but you could always stay with the non jumping option as well!
