Structure: • Warm-up: 5 exercises – 30 sec on / 10 sec rest • Main Workout: 45 sec on / 15 sec rest (no repeats!) • Cooldown: 5 exercises – 30 sec on / 10 sec rest I’m using two 4 kg (9 lb) dumbbells, but be sure to choose a weight that suits your fitness level. This workout includes jumps and is not beginner-friendly. Modify if needed and listen to your body.
