The man who introduced a new genre of politics. The man who believes in non-violent political practice and its implementations. The man who founded the political party “National Democratic Movement”. He is also an Oxford scholar who has also excelled as a columnist in various prestigious newspapers. Not to mention how he also marked his territory in the business sector. A big round of applause for our next speaker as we proudly welcome him, Mr. Bobby Hajjaj. His political journey began back in 2012 as the adviser of Hussain Muhammad Ershad, the former President of Bangladesh. Soon after, in 2017, he launched his political party National Democratic Movement. He is also a renowned faculty at the Department of Management of North South University. Bobby sir, is more than just a politician. Not only does he teach business strategy at our university but also expresses his freedom of expression through his articles which are published in the renowned newspapers of the country. He even started an empowerment movement, “ShopnerDesh” where he worked with youth all over the country on several issues like education, mass urbanization, and many more. Bobby Hajjaj is an inspiration to the youth of Bangladesh. It is an immense honor to have Bobby Sir as a speaker for our TedxNorthSouthUniversity.
