Asanas include Rag Doll, Uttanasana, Plank, Cobra, Downward Facing Dog, Standing Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Chair, Bridge, Supta Baddha Konasana and a seated twist. We also include a modified Surya Namaskar A and an additional Vinyasa. The class ends with an optional Pranayama practice, Kapalabhati breathing (skull shining breath).
