These drills can be done: • From the floor • From the air • As part of your warm-up or skill prep The focus is on training the movement pattern so your spinning invert feels smoother, more controlled, and more intentional over time. The first drill, often nicknamed “ninja kicks,” builds coordination and body awareness. The second drill helps connect the floor based prep to the aerial spinning invert. Spinning inverts are complex and take time to develop. Be patient, move slowly, and come back to these drills consistently as part of your training!
