Sciatica often comes from tight muscles that compress the sciatic nerve along its pathway. This 20-minute gentle yoga sequence (focusing on elongating the spine for decompression and stretching your hamstrings, IT band, and piriformis) might help relieve some of your pain. We do use a wall at the beginning of the class - if you're not near a wall, a sturdy chair will be great! Please take your time with this yoga practice and don't force or push your way through.
