💚 Open Heart Yoga – A Practice for Anahata Chakra Movement, mantra, and intention to awaken the heart. This soulful practice is designed to open, strengthen, and energize the heart space — both physically and emotionally. Through an uplifting sequence of chest-expanding postures such as cobra, bridge, wild thing, and supported backbends, we’ll create space across the shoulders, upper back, and front body. We’ll explore flowing and held poses that invite you to lift your heart, release tension, and build confidence and openness. But this is more than a physical practice. We’ll also gently explore the deeper meaning of Anahata, the heart chakra — the energetic centre of love, compassion, connection, and forgiveness. Through breathwork, reflection, and the beautiful Sanskrit mantra "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu" (“May all beings everywhere be happy and free”), we’ll invite more kindness and spaciousness inward, and outward. ✨ Come as you are — and leave with your heart a little more open.
