This All Standing No Repeat HIIT Workout is super intense and perfect for anyone who gets bored quickly and who doesn't want to get up and down off the floor. 36 different exercises that will get your heart rate up, help you burn calories and increase your strength and cardio fitness. You'll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this all standing workout. I used a set of 3kg + 5kg + 7kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. There are 2 circuit to complete.
