ATTA) • Custard powder – 20 g (2 tbsp) • Milk powder – 10 g (1 tbsp) • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp • Salt – a pinch 🧈 Wet Ingredients • Butter (soft) – 50 g (3½ tbsp) • Oil – 15 g (1 tbsp) • Stevia – 8 g (1 tbsp) (or powdered sugar – 2 tbsp if not sugar-free) 👩🍳 Instructions 1️⃣ Prepare Dry Mix In a bowl, combine maida, custard powder, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and keep aside. 2️⃣ Cream Wet Ingredients In another bowl, add butter, oil, and stevia. Whisk until smooth, creamy, and well combined. 3️⃣ Make Dough Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Gently mix and form a soft dough. Do not over-knead. 4️⃣ Roll & Design • Place dough on a silicone mat/butter paper • Roll evenly (5–6 mm thickness) • Use a fork to create a classic design pattern • Cut using a round cookie cutter 5️⃣ Bake Preheat OTG to 160°C Bake for 15–20 minutes until edges turn light golden. 6️⃣ Cool Let cookies cool completely on the tray.
