I use dip bars in nearly every single home workout and they’ve been instrumental in my best strength and muscle gains. PLUS they’re extremely versatile, easy to store, and very affordable! Of course, dip bars let you perform dips. I use high repetition dips as one of my primary chest exercises and I’ve gained a lot of strength and size doing that. It’s so easy - I can just pull them out at the drop of a hat, pump out a bunch of reps, and put them back! If you want to build more strength with heavy training, you can add a weight belt. Don’t have a weight belt? A rucksack filled with heavy books will do the job. That way you can build strength and size approaching what you might expect from a bench press! But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Dip bars are excellent for building lats and back with rows, levers, and bodyweight curls. You can use them to train mobility. You can hang rings from them… All for a low price and with very little storage requirement. I genuinely think that buying dip bars could drastically accelerate your progress!
