I am not kidding you when I say that this is now my new go to Fully Loaded Crispy Chicken Fried Rice. This recipe is totally awesome with a ton of flavour that you would expect from an oriental fried rice. We took this recipe from Goal Nutrition Tips https://bit.ly/3BJOOA8 and gave it our best shot to reproduce it as it was shown in their video. It’s hard for us not to tweak it a little so we added some onions and some bean sprouts to the mix but kept the basic recipe the same. We wanted to see if it was as good as what they claim in their video. We made their Crispy Chicken Fried Rice and the results are in. A TRIPLE THUMBS UP on this recipe. This one is staying in our books that’s for sure. Here is the recipe INGREDIENTS • Cooked fried rice that is made the previous day and kept in the fridge overnight • Frozen vegetables (peas and carrots) about 2 cups • 1 cup of slivered onions • 2 cups bean sprouts • 2 eggs scrambled • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs cut in 1” pieces • 1 tbs garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tbs paprika • 1 tbs cornstarch • ¼ cup Soya sauce (for the chicken) • ¼ cup soya sauce for the rice • 2 tbs oyster sauce • ½ tsp salt • 1 tbs sesame seed oil • 4 cups cold cooked rice • 4 tbs canola oil DIRECTIONS • In a large bowl mix the cut-up chicken with the garlic powder, the onion powder, the paprika, the black pepper, the ¼ cup of soya sauce and the cornstarch. • Mix well • Using a wok or frying pan on high heat • Add the oil and swirl to spread it around • When oil begins to smoke add the prepared chicken to the pan • Cook until chicken is full cooked through and crispy on all sides • Set aside • In the same wok or pan add the rest of the oil and swirl to spread around • When oil begins to smoke add the vegetables and cook until there is still a bite to them • Push the veggies to one side of the wok • Add the scramble egg to the pan and cook until they are ready • Mix them in the veggies • Add the salt and mix it in • Add the cold rice and mix it well into the veggies and eggs • Add the remaining ¼ cup of soya sauce • Add the oyster sauce and the sesame seed oil • Add back in the crispy chicken thighs • Mix well and serve ENJOY!!!! 00:00 – introduction 00:48 – preparing the chicken 01:49 – cooking the chicken 03:45 – cooking the vegetables 04:41 – adding the scramble eggs 05:19 – adding the rice 05:48 – adding the soya sauce, the oyster sauce, the sesame seed oil and the cooked chicken 06:37 – the taste test 07:39 – conclusion Subscribe and follow for more awesome videos by clicking here ---- https://bit.ly/2CXCXAq?sub_confirmati... #friedrice #chickenfriedrice #chinesefood
