Stir milk and vinegar together in a bowl and let stand about 10 minutes until curdled. 2. Pre-heat recteq to 400ºF. 3. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. 4. Slowly add soured milk into flour mixture until dough comes together. It’s ok if sticky. 5. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead about 2 minutes. 6. Place on greased baking sheet. Cut a large x into the top. 7. Bake in recteq about 30-45 minutes until golden brown. 8.
