Prepare 1~2 cans of 400g golbaengi (leave the golbaengi broth separately) 2. Cut a handful of dried pollack into bite-sized pieces and soak in the golbaengi broth 3. Slice the white part of 1 leek and soak in water, then slice 1/2 onion, 1/2 apple, and 1/2 cucumber 4. Slice 5 perilla leaves and 5 lettuce leaves, then slice 2 green peppers and 1 red pepper 5. Cut the large golbaengi in half 6. Make the seasoning sauce (2 tbsp. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. red pepper powder, 2 tbsp. red pepper paste, 3 tbsp. plum extract, vinegar 3 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons garlic, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons sesame salt, 2 tablespoons oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon sugar, 4~5 tablespoons golbaengi broth, 5cm of mustard) 7. Boil noodles for 2 servings, rinse in cold water, drain in a colander 8. Put golbaengi in a bowl, squeeze out the water from the dried pollack, add the sliced vegetables, drain the green onions, add the seasoning sauce and mix 9. Arrange nicely on a plate, put lettuce on top, place the noodles, and sprinkle with sesame seeds to complete [Seafood Pancake] 1. Wash a handful of green onions thoroughly, drain, cut into 4~5cm lengths and place in a bowl 2. Cut 1 squid into bite-size pieces 3. Prepare clams (optional) and shrimp as desired 4.
