It's day 17 of the 30 Day Workout Challenge and the affirmation of today is 'I AM BRAVE' Sometimes we get lost in thinking about the future or focusing on end results that we end up doing nothing. Today, focus on cutting the ties that hold you down and do something different. Do something that you normally be hesitant or afraid to do. The Key phrase for this Workout is: BRAVE B - 25 Squats R - 60s Air Punches A - 40 Jumping Jacks V - 15 Burpees E - 25 Jumping Squats The workout is 1x Round and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.
