Exercises to stretch and strengthen muscles to help improve your balance and power on a paddle board and help prevent injury. THIS IS NOT YOGA TO DO ON A PADDLE BOARD however, some of the exercises can be done on one. This video starts with some gentle stretches, and builds up to some stronger exercises and finishes off with a gentle stretch. It is not a vinyasa flow. ACCESSIBILITY: This includes some exercises on the hands and knees so is not suitable for those who are not comfortable kneeling. It has some standing poses and downward dog but is not a flow, so there are no fast transitions between poses.
