ACCESSIBILITY: This is suitable for most people, but does have a low lunge which would be inaccessible to some. A high lunge could be done instead. Downward dog is an inversion on hands and knees, so could be skipped by those with glaucoma or other reasons not to do inversions. Elbow dog or using blocks or a wedge for people with carpal tunnel syndrome or other pain in the hands/wrists.
