Today’s video is a quick advanced ab workout to work the core — These exercises are great to do in addition to another workout, before turns or before dance class 🤍 Reminders: • Keep your lower back neutral. However, it is better in these exercises to flatten the back on the mat than to arch it. • If you keep wanting to arch your back while doing these exercises, try doing them with your arms on the mat or your hands slightly tucked underneath your lower back to give you more support. • Always bring the belly button to spine. • Make sure there is space between your chin & your chest to avoid pulling on your neck. No equipment is needed, but a mat or non-slippery surface is recommended. Prioritize proper form & take breaks as needed. We hope you enjoy this series!
