Brew footage and of course, tasting of the beer. And also the all-grain brewing recipe for the Munich Dunkel if you want to try to brew a Munich Dunkel lager beer at home. This was pressure fermented in the Fermentasaurus, but of course, the new conical fermenter Fermzilla will work as good. If you're not fermenting under pressure, I would ferment the lager at a lower temp than I did in this video, and thereby it would take more time to brew a lager. Want to send beer mail for review?
