We hope you will try making it. #oatmealrecipe #dietrecipe #easyrecipe ┃ CONTENTS ┃ 0:00 Opening 0:18 Main part 3:52 Ingredients Introduction & Ending ┃ Ingredients ┃ 80g oatmeal powder 30g lakanto 5g psyllium husks pinch of salt Cinnamon, to taste 4g baking powder 1 egg 70ml milk 3,4 drops of vanilla extract 30g dried fruit of your choice 30g nuts of your choice 2 Tbsp of rum 5g butter Erythritol powdered sugar, to taste ┃ Recipe ┃ Preparation : Put 2 tablespoons of rum in 30-40g of dried fruit and let stand in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 1, In a bowl, mix 80 g oatmeal powder, 30 g lakanto, 5 g plantain, a pinch of salt, a pinch of cinnamon and 4 g baking powder. 2, In another bowl, mix 1 egg, 70 ml of milk and 3 or 4 drops of vanilla extract. 3, Add the flour mixture to the second bowl and mix well until there is no powdery residue. 4, Add 30-40 g of rum-soaked dried fruit and 30 g of nuts, mix well. 5, Lightly grease an ovenproof mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. 6, Brush the surface with 5g of melted butter and sprinkle the top with erythritol powder sugar. ┃ PFC Balance ┃ ▶︎Carbohydrates: 82g in total / 14g per piece (6 equal portions) ▶︎Protein: 26g in total / 4.3g per piece (6 equal portions) ▶︎Fat: 39g in total / 6.5g per piece (6 equal portions) ▶︎Calories: 880kcal in total / 146kcal per piece (6 equal portions)
