Well it’s a workout you do before you’ve eaten anything…. and it is a major fat burner!!!🔥🔥 However, if you have not ever completed a “fasted” workout then I would highly recommend that you modify the exercises to the level that best suits you and perhaps shorten the interval time. Or perhaps take three to five of these intervals and progressively build your tolerance over time. The other amazing thing about fasted workouts is that you will continue to burn body fat for a long period of time after the workout is completed (called the “EPOC effect” (Google it!). This particular workout will be done over with modifications for each interval should you prefer. Also still will be a “fasted” workout.
