First of all, I wasn't paid to promote this product and given it for free. I just saw at the grocery store, bought it, and decided to make a video while cooking it. Yet another video in my Dan Bakes Stuff series that nobody watches! In this video, I make some Meli's Monster Cookie Gluten Free Mix. This was on clearance at the grocery store and I decided to give it a try. And I am glad that I did! It's easy to make, doesn't have too many crazy ingredients in the mix, and only requires some butter, one egg, and and some nut butter. The cookies baked up big and tasted pretty good as well. Yea, it's hard to beat completely made from scratch cookies, but these come pretty close!
